    • Thanks, it was! Tell Henry (haha) that the sauce is easy, you just cook a butternut squash (I do slice it in half, put it in a pan facedown with water and cook it at 350 for about 45 minutes) then scrape the insides into a blender and blend it together with about a cup of milk, lemon juice and nutmeg. Then it’s sauce!
